We have 890 square feet of second floor professional office space for rent. The space shares street frontage, entry and restroom with our design/build firm. $950 per month rent includes electricity, heat & air conditioning. We`re thrilled to return to this contemporary home we had the privilege of building just over a year ago. With the crisp fall air and vibrant leaves as the backdrop, it’s the perfect setting for a photoshoot that truly captures the beauty of this design.
The entry way surrounded by large windows and a maple staircase accompanied by a glass railing make a dramatic first impression.
One of our favorite features? The dog wash station that’s become a favorite spot for the owners’ furry friend! It`s always a joy to see our designs become such a loved part of daily life.

We have crossed the finish line with one of our Richmond new builds. What an awesome project this has been. So much hard work & detail went into this home to make it exactly what the clients wanted.
We have another Richmond new build fully underway and one in Hinesburg as well. Updates on those coming soon.
