Architecture Services

We make architectural design a team effort.

Hillview Design Collaborative is primarily a residential and light commercial design firm.  Our versatile team of architects and designers can help you realize your dream project, whether it’s a renovation of a historic Victorian or a new net-zero ready, high-performance home.

No matter what the project, we look forward to getting to know you and applying our creativity and experience to the design of your new home.  Many of our clients are building locally, but video conferencing allows us to share our ideas with you wherever you happen to be.

Design & Build

Collaboration with your builder can be virtually seamless.

Hillview Building Company stays much closer to our Richmond, Vermont office.  Building homes that we design allows us to utilize the extensive building knowledge of our design staff to balance creativity and practicality.

Most of our building projects are large renovations or new construction, but we also tackle the occasional deck or siding project.  Our end goal is to create a high-quality, durable home that you’ll be proud of for many years to come.
