Village Hill

This was the first home in a planned neighborhood of super-insulated high performance homes. It’s an accessible 3 bedroom 2 bath 1,446 sf home built as a collaboration between Huntington Homes and Hillview Building Company. Wood from the site was used for the timber elements and the siding for the garage. Photovoltaic panels on the roof provide power for the heat pump and make the home a net zero residence.
